Does your life need more direction?
Why Breathing Helps Us Connect
In my last blog, Does your life need more love, I presented, the theory for the heart as a ‘learning organ’. The chemistry, biology and neural pathways surrounding love were outlined for you, dear reader, loving your heart is more than a vague concept of what we want from other people, we wish people to love each of us as individuals. Does your life need more direction, is about how we value ourselves, in our quest to serve our highest achievements?
breathing is our number one connection to living a conscious life, as we learn to be conscious of our breath through meditation we can learn to use our breath to connect to the rhythm of each moment we experience.
Does your life need more direction- is the first step to acknowledging and connecting to what you truly want in life
Meditating can be a struggle for beginners, some find it hard to shut out the noise and be in the present moment.
Meditation is about finding a place within yourself where you can rest but at the same time stay focused. Your heartbeat is a beautiful place to rest, it has its own rhythm when was the last time you connect to your breath through mindful breathing? (mindful breathing means to mindfully focus all of your attention on your breath,)
within this rhythmic heartbeat, within the breath, love exists and is the language of acceptance. does your life need more direction is about creativity become aware of yourself through gentle observation of your heart?
When we close our eyes and listen to the heart beating, we focus on how the heart beats, we can feel the heart, does it beat fast or slow. the more you focus on the beat of your heart the more you will feel at ease just gently being aware of how it feels the rhythm of the heart is where balance starts.
each time you give yourself 10 minutes to focus gently on the breath Gradually all, external pressures will melt away, which allows you to love your heart that little bit more
Does your life need more direction is easily linked to developing thoughts that are effective and easy to interpret
We are social animals. The heart knows this. It beats faster when we feel a threat and slower when we feel joyful relationships.
When we settle into meditation techniques and develop them, a dialogue occurs between the heart and the brain.
Some thoughts may make us uneasy are qualified by a twinge in the chest or an increased heart rate.this unease feeling is a gentle awareness that this thought may need a little more attention to understand why you feel uneasy. learning to understand your heart is the first step to understanding each moment you experience.
The benefits of does your life need more direction is continual when fine-tuning what is right for you individually…
Perhaps the biggest joy of all is that our hearts stay happy in that continual loving vibration within us.
Meditation takes many years (even decades) of practice, But you can do it, by gently creating a routine of just 10 to 15 minutes daily.
Every person on earth has a heartbeat, the more you attune to the rhythms of the heart, the more joy you will feel in every moment. giving yourself that space and time to meditate will help create:
Love is our greatest engine; it drives us to the satisfaction we tend to miss in a helter-skelter existence. Give yourself the chance to discover the love within you.
